Karuna Reiki — Basic

The first Karuna symbol is taught — its form, how to draw it from the front and the two sides, and its work of bringing physical, mental and emotional energies into balance. Two further Karuna symbols are taught. The first is used over the chakras for infections, fevers and stubborn blockages — Bheem demonstrates a full root-to-crown sweep.
