Lesson 1 — What the Third Degree Asks of You
Bheem opens the Master Healer course by setting the ground for the work — the dietary and physical preparations expected of a third-degree student, the shift from hands-on to thought-led healing, and a first orientation around Dai Ko Myo, crystals and dowsing. Closes with a root-chakra meditation. In this lessonUnderstand what the third degree is and is notSet diet, sleep and seating for serious practiceBegin the root-chakra meditation
02
Lesson 2 — Faith, Self-Trust and the Sacral Chakra
A guided sacral-chakra meditation followed by Bheem's central teaching for the third degree: that the master heals as much through a steadied state of mind as through the hands. He works through belief in oneself, belief in the divine, and the daily company a serious student must keep.In this lessonPractise the sacral-chakra meditation with the bija VamUnderstand the role of self-trust in healingSee how the company you keep shapes the practice
03
Lesson 3 — The Three Tasks of a Master
Solar-plexus meditation followed by the three life-tasks Bheem says every master must hold — control of the senses, an ego-less mind, and the binding of personal goals to a noble purpose. He recounts the founding of the foundation's free healing camps as a worked example of inspiration over motivation. In this lessonPractise the solar-plexus meditation with RamDistinguish motivation from inspirationAnchor a personal goal to a noble purpose
04
Lesson 4 — Mental Healing at a Distance
A heart-chakra meditation, then the mental-healing technique that defines Level 3 — working on an absent person through visualisation, with the affirmation written on paper and the patient brought into the heart. Bheem demonstrates the method on a child sitting an exam.In this lessonPractise the heart-chakra meditation with YamSend a mental-healing message to an absent personUse written affirmation as a healing anchor
05
Lesson 5 — The Throat Chakra and the Full Sweep
A throat-chakra meditation, then the anti-clockwise/clockwise full-aura sweep that becomes the Master Healer's daily clearing. Bheem closes with a method for drawing in the qualities of an inspiring figure — using Swami Vivekananda as his own example. In this lessonPractise the throat-chakra meditation with HamSweep the aura anti-clockwise then clockwiseDraw in qualities from an inspirational figure
06
Lesson 6 — Dai Ko Myo, the Master Symbol
The lesson the third degree turns on. Bheem introduces Dai Ko Myo — the fourth symbol, the master symbol — drawn three times with the chant 'highest power in the universe', and shows the four-symbol wish-slip technique on a 10 cm square of paper, kept in the home temple. In this lessonDraw Dai Ko Myo and chant its invocationStack the four symbols on a wish slipPlace the slip in your home practice space
07
Lesson 7 — The Master Attunement
The third-degree shaktipat. Bheem guides the live attunement — the Kundalini rising, the chakras opened in sequence with their bija mantras, the palm chakras charged, the third eye activated. By the end of the sitting the student is a Reiki Level 3 Master Healer. In this lessonReceive the Master Healer attunementOpen the palm chakras for stronger flowBegin life as a Level 3 practitioner
08
Lesson 8 — Self-Treatment with the Four Symbols
The new daily practice. Bheem walks through a full self-treatment that places Cho Ku Rei, Sei He Ki, Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen and Dai Ko Myo at each chakra in sequence, then anchors the sitting in a steady inner image — the window onto a green natural scene he returns to in his own practice. In this lessonApply all four symbols at every chakraAnchor the sitting in a chosen inner imageBuild a daily 30-40 minute master practice
09
Lesson 9 — Charging Water; the Shower Practice
Two practical extensions of the master symbol. First, charging a glass of drinking water with Dai Ko Myo and giving it a specific command. Second, a 10-20 minute condensed self-treatment performed under the shower for days when a full sitting is not possible. In this lessonCharge water with Dai Ko Myo and a commandRun the condensed shower self-treatmentKeep a daily practice on busy days
10
Lesson 10 — Swastik and Vasudha
Two further symbols the third degree opens. The swastik is taught as a protection seal placed at each corner of a house, office or factory; vasudha as the prosperity slip charged for the wallet, cash-box or south-west corner. Bheem closes with a partnership-harmony technique for two related people. In this lessonSeal a space with the swastik at four cornersCharge a vasudha slip for prosperitySend harmony to a partnership or family
11
Lesson 11 — Cleansing a House
The full-house clearing protocol. Standing at the entrance with three lit incense sticks, Bheem walks corner to corner, draws each of the four symbols, and closes at the brahmasthan — the centre of the home. The same method scales to an office, a factory or a single room.In this lessonCleanse a house corner by cornerAnchor the work at the brahmasthanAdapt the method for office or factory
12
Lesson 12 — The Chakra Scanner and Muscle Testing
Two diagnostic tools for the third-degree practitioner. Bheem builds a copper-wire chakra scanner from scratch and reads its four signatures — clockwise, anti-clockwise, still, swinging — over a body. He follows with muscle testing for yes/no answers on food, decisions and chakra status. In this lessonBuild and use a copper-wire chakra scannerRead clockwise / anti-clockwise / still / swingUse muscle testing for yes/no questions
13
Lesson 13 — Psychic Attack and Psychic Surgery
The closing lesson moves into protection and intensive intervention. Bheem teaches the three-incense sweep that clears a psychic attack from a body or a room, then the psychic-surgery procedure with a clear-quartz crystal pencil — a 10-15 minute intensive used for chronic patterns the regular sitting will not move.In this lessonClear a psychic attack with three incense sticksPerform psychic surgery with a crystal pencilClose and seal after intensive work
A closer look
Reiki Level 3 is the step from practitioner to healer. The first two degrees give you a working channel; the third widens it. Across thirteen sessions Master Bheem Sain Arora introduces the master symbol — Dai Ko Myo — and guides you into the kind of work the symbol makes possible: distance healing, mental and emotional healing, and the deeper karmic patterns the first two degrees only touch.
The attunement itself is given live and is the centre of the course. Around it sit the practice sessions that turn the new symbol into a daily instrument — refining hand sensitivity, working with absent clients through a photograph, addressing chronic conditions where the body has held the pattern for years. Bheem teaches in the pace of the lineage rather than a syllabus: each session is a sitting with a master, not a lecture.
This course is for practitioners who have completed Reiki Level 1 & 2 and have been working steadily with the first two symbols. It is the qualifying step for anyone who later intends to walk the teaching path through Mastership and Grand Mastership.
