Welcome to Healthy Life Foundation (the "Foundation", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of courses.bheemsain.com and, in time, healthylifefoundation.com (together, the "Site"), and any course, content, video lesson, distance-healing session or other service offered through it.

By creating an account, enrolling in a course, requesting a distance-healing session or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Foundation

Healthy Life Foundation is an independent teaching practice based in Patiala, Punjab, India, founded in 2014 by Master Bheem Sain Arora. The Foundation offers structured courses and one-to-one services in Reiki, Karuna Reiki, crystal healing, dowsing, Vedic astrology (jyotisha), tarot reading and meditation (trataka).

2. Your account

  1. You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
  2. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Do not share your login. The Foundation may pause or close any account that appears to be shared, sold, transferred or otherwise misused.
  3. You must be at least 18 years old to enrol independently. Minors may participate only with the written consent of a parent or guardian.
  4. One person, one account. Multiple accounts created to access content without paying for each enrolment may be merged or closed without notice.

3. Enrolment, payment and access

  1. When you enrol in a paid course, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to view the lesson videos and accompanying materials on the Site for the duration stated at the time of purchase (typically lifetime access for the present catalogue).
  2. Where a course is offered free of charge, the same conditions of use apply.
  3. A Manager appointed by the Foundation may enrol a student on your behalf and collect payment in cash. In every such case the enrolment is recorded against your account with the Manager's name and the amount received, and is subject to these Terms in full.
  4. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) unless stated otherwise. Where a third-party processor converts the price into another currency, conversion charges are the student's responsibility.

4. Refunds

  1. Because course content is delivered digitally and available in full once you have access, enrolment fees are generally non-refundable.
  2. If a course is found to be materially different from its description, or if a technical fault on our side prevents you from accessing it after a reasonable period, write to info@healthylifefoundation.com within seven (7) days of enrolment and we will work with you in good faith — usually by restoring access, replacing the course, or refunding the amount paid where appropriate.
  3. Cash collected by a Manager is acknowledged in writing through your account; any refund request for such an enrolment is reviewed by the Foundation directly, not by the Manager.

5. Distance-healing sessions

  1. Reiki distance-healing sessions are offered as a complementary spiritual practice. They are not medical treatment, do not diagnose any condition, and are not a substitute for advice or care from a qualified medical, mental-health or other licensed practitioner.
  2. If you are pregnant, undergoing medical treatment, or have a serious physical or psychological condition, consult your doctor before requesting a session. Continue any prescribed medication or treatment.
  3. Sessions are scheduled by mutual arrangement. Attendance, attentiveness and any benefit derived from a session are personal to each recipient and are not guaranteed.

6. Intellectual property

  1. All lesson videos, audio, transcripts, illustrations, written materials, attunement instructions, mantras as taught here, the Foundation's name, logo and yantra mark are the property of Healthy Life Foundation and Master Bheem Sain Arora, or are used with permission.
  2. You may view and learn from the materials for your own personal practice and growth. You may not copy, download, screen-record, re-upload, republish, sell, sub-license, translate or use any part of the materials to train an artificial-intelligence model, without our prior written consent.
  3. The Site uses technical measures to discourage unauthorised copying. Attempting to bypass these measures is itself a breach of these Terms.
  4. Where you submit notes, questions or feedback through the Site, you grant the Foundation a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that submission to improve the teaching, while retaining your authorship.

7. Acceptable use

While using the Site you agree that you will not:

  • share your account credentials with anyone else;
  • record, screenshot, screen-share or otherwise capture lesson video for purposes other than your own private study;
  • upload viruses, attempt to compromise the Site, scrape it, or interfere with other students' use of it;
  • impersonate any person, harass other students or the teacher, or post unlawful, abusive or sectarian content;
  • use the Foundation's materials, name or marks to teach, advertise or accredit your own paid work without our written authorisation.

8. Spiritual practice — what we teach, and what we do not promise

  1. The disciplines taught on this Site are spiritual practices with long traditions. They are not medical, psychiatric or legal services. Nothing on this Site should be read as medical, psychological or financial advice.
  2. Astrological and tarot readings are offered as classical interpretive frameworks. They are not, and do not represent, predictions of certain future events.
  3. Your results from any practice depend on consistent personal effort. The Foundation does not guarantee any specific outcome, healing, attunement experience, professional success or income.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Suspension and termination

  1. The Foundation may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, if your payment is reversed, or if your account shows evidence of credential sharing or content redistribution.
  2. You may close your account at any time by writing to info@healthylifefoundation.com. Closing an account does not on its own entitle you to a refund of paid enrolments.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Foundation makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Site's continuous availability, accuracy, fitness for any particular purpose, or freedom from error.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Foundation's total aggregate liability to any one student in connection with the Site, the courses or any service offered through it shall not exceed the total amount that student has actually paid to the Foundation in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Foundation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss of any kind.

13. Changes to these Terms

The Foundation may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practice, our services, or the law. The "Last updated" date at the top will change accordingly. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Patiala, Punjab.
